CBC's 2005 tourney season is about to begin. If you would like to consider joining us, now's the time. We meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 8 pm, with a hospitality hour prior. The location is the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 644 E. Chandler Blvd, in Chandler, which is about 1/2 mile east of Arizona Avenue (Country Club Drive), a couple of blocks east of the tracks.
Dues for the year (to pay for insurance) are $50, and tournament fees are $40, which includes a big fish option. We have one tourney each month at various local lakes, with one road trip each year with 15 or so boats participating. We hold 8 one or two day individual tournaments, and 4 night team tourneys in the summer. 1st thru 4th place finishers are paid at the next meeting. Raffles will be held at each meeting and at selected tournaments, as well as guest speakers from time to time.
Our goal is to provide a fun and affordable tournament atmosphere where competition is friendly, and information is freely shared, usually!! :wink: Each participant collects points based on tourney results and meeting attendance, and trophies are awarded at an end of the year banquet in January.
