I have seen this house and the shop it's big, it is very nice and sounds like a good deal. Jgun I hate to see you have to move back to Payson. It seems this gas situation is making everyone make some adjustments in life. We are bidding today on a condo here in the valley so that we don't have to drive back and forth every day and weekends we'll go home to Tonto Basin. We are spending $140.00 a week in gas just to go back and forth to work. Good Luck, I hope some fisherman latches on to your place.

Thanks Basslady. I wish we could hang on to it as a second home. It's really a dream place for us, but we have to let it go for now. My customers just really want me to have a studio in Payson and I have to listen to them. Hopefully I'll be able to buy in Tonto Basin again someday. It's been our favorite place to live by far.

Good luck Jgun! Sorry to hear that you have to sell the place, but sounds like the photography business is going well. Will you still be guiding at Roosevelt? Be a shame to lose such a good guide up there!

Yep, I'll still be Guiding on Roosey. Wouldn't give that up unless I absolutely had to. :) Thanks for the good wishes. Someone is going to get a deal on this place, I've gotta make the move before this fall.

You'd be surprised at the offers I'd consider. You won't get this nice a place here for this low a price again with the lake being full. Did I mention its 12 minutes from my shop to the end of the ramp at cholla? :)

Final Price drop. I'll let it go for $259,000.
This is $20,000 under current market value.
If you ever wanted a place in Tonto that's only 12 minutes from the lake, this will be your best chance.
I won't list it for any lower than this, I'd rather just stay than take any less.

Yeah, hold your breath til then... :) We just had to reevaluate our situation and that's all we need to get out of it. No sense trying to get more than I need in this economy.

Jon... What is the most current appraisal and date and if you want PM me with the info. The question needs to be asked as the banks are putting the screws to everyone. Also PM me with the current specs if you could and you know me I am not just trying to have fun with you. I might know some people who would be interested.
