Alamo slot

For you guys that are interested, I talked with Kirk Young this AM. Kirk is the head of the fisheries dept at AG&F. He told me that the slot at Alamo is their next target. For you that don't know they will have to do creel surveys, shocking, netting etc, to gather the necessary info to be able to reccomend to the commission whether to remove or to keep the slot. As the regs on this subject only come up once a year or two, I ask you to be patient and to co-operate with G&F and make your wishes known to them. I believe that in a year or two we will see the slot at Alamo removed.
