Well I'm living in a great area, my comute to work is 1.5 mi, I can keep food on the table and a roof over my head as long as I don't retire.

It sucks not having a boat.

I've rented a boat there once, they're not that great, but they do have a foot controlled motor. I'm boatless, so it's better than nothing. On Wednesdays they rent for half price, $60 for the day.
