ok can anyone spill the beans - I mean scoop the poop

what happened - did anyone fish the big deal day ?

guess this one isn't drawing the crowds like in past years !

From what I heard, they actually had more anglers participate than usual. At least for the bass portion of it. Not sure about the turnout for the catfish tourney but I know they had quite a few guys as well. The event itself seemed toned down though but heard that was because of NASCAR. Apparently there were too many redneck friendly events over the weekend which spread people and vendors thin. Less people hanging out and walking around over the weekend, and not as many food/beer vendors.
