10+ out of a pond in Ohio. The fish was originally caught in Lake Erie and released into my Aunt's pond. Fish broke my line 3 times before I got her in. Finally caught her with a live gill; after she ate a small LMB I had tossed back. That little bass hit the water and she ate his a$$!

Caught 3 over 9lbs in 2 days, biggest was 11.5, below the spillway at Shearon Harris in NC. That was before DHS closed the area due to "security reasons". That spot was magical, caught more 5+ lb fish than sub 5 lb fish, plus all the crappie and cats you wanted. Damn Al Qaeda

Hey, one of my home lakes. It's been slow there the last few years though. I caught a lot of 4 and 5 pounders out there.
Takenitch is located on the Oregon coast just south of Florence Oregon. If you haven't heard of Florence, it's about a 30 minute drive up Hwy 101 from Coos Bay. Great lake. Tenmile Lake is another good one just down the road from there.

I been bass fishing since I was a kid. Granted I/we have never targeted big fish just wanted to catch fish, we did. But my PB is a skinny bass out of Alamo that went 7.75 granted if this bass was fat I think she might have been close to 10lbs. Still I am proud of this fish and want to always beat my personal goal..

Here is the only one of mine that I have a picture of to prove. I don't know what she weighed as I didn't have a scale or anything to measure. Any guesses? It had a bass sticking out of its mouth that was about 14" long as well.
