Roosevelt Summer Transition. Any Ideas??

My fishing partner and I have fished Roosevelt off and on since April, did pretty well with plastics in the shallows earlier on. Have noticed the past couple of weeks that there seems to be less action shallow. Have these fish transitioned to there summer pattern? Wondered if we should be working cranks off points after it warms up. Any input appreciated..

Whats the water temp. ? I haven`t been there in the past few weeks. After they spawn & the shad spawn they will school up and starting chasing shad schools wherever the shad go.
It could even be midlake, and I mean mid lake out in the middle of the lake.
I would try graphing , or working drop offs / cliff walls & main lake point drop offs, especially with the water being so clear during the day.
Some will move up shallow early mornings or at night. They are clear water & sun shy.

Last week the water temp was around 75. I need to learn the bottom topography, find the drop offs and such. Thanks again..
