There is someone in Mesa selling a few boating items on CL. He has what he's calling a 2-3 battery tender/charger. Maybe he will part with it out of the bundle of items?

The gentlelman with the 4/3 charger has already sold it. I may have one lined up this afternoon. I will delete this ad if the deal goes through.
Thank you.

BTW, when it rains it pours. The lower unit on my 1989 johnson 150 took a dive last week and I'm looking for a used or reconditioned replacement. I figured someone on the Zone might have one laying around. PM me if you know of one, will pay a $25.00 finders fee or 4 bags of Senko's.

Referring me to a new ad on this site does not qualify for the finders fee

What kind of finders fee do I get if I find you a new boat?

If you haven't found one, I have a older ranger 3 bank you can have, still works just takes a little longer to charge than some of the newer models. You'll have to pick it up on the east side.

Thank you to all that replied reference the charger. I found a good used 3 bank from a great guy named Dennis that kind of lurks here on the Zone and I will install it after dinner. I will delete this post when I figure out how to do so. Until then I still need a Lower unit.

Tim, still have my fingers crossed on that Ranger deal. If it goes through I'll take you and your wife out to dinner.

There is a guy with a ton of boat parts over near McClintock and Rio Salado in Tempe. A friend of mine picked up a trim motor there in the spring. Tons of stuff scattered everywhere but he seems to know what he has and where it is located. I believe the guy's name is Jim and his contact number is 602 689-8336. Good luck in your search.
