I was under the impression that the damn was open, because it was so structurally unsound. Last pics I saw it just had some tail water in? Am I misinformed?

Water level is up. My guess 8-10% capacity. Can launch from Soda Canyon, OSC or Mohave Pt. Catfishing should be great.

Just how great could the catfishing be since its not been stocked since the fish kill. All surveys said only small carp left in the lake.
