Are these lures good to use? Are they worth anything?

The good ol' Hula Popper. I haven't had much luck with them in Arizona but I'm sure in the right place at the right time...

They are worth about $5 each or less if you find them in the bargain bin at Wally World. I like Arbogast's Jitterbug better than the popper and have had great luck with it at Bartlett.

They are not particularly collectible unless you have them in the old boxes. Good lures nontheless although they have been recently overshadowed by some of the new lures.

Those were my favorite Topwater lures 35 years ago.
Sorry about all the scripture stuff. I was off my meds.

Used to kill em at night on a couple of white mtn lakes with hula poppers and jitterbugs. Good memories. They also had some killer ads in F&S and other mags in the 80's.

I always keep a black black/yellow skirt hula popper in my box. Those dead calm, muggy nights when all you hear are crickets. Deadly.
