Ramp caution at Roosevelt

First, a warning. At Cholla ramp. the rising water, wave action, or whatever has caused one if the concrete ramp slabs to collapse. It's the second lane on the dock side (on the left as you're looking down the ramp). I waded out to the broken slab - about knee deep - looks like maybe 18" drop at the broken place. Didn't see a problem with the first lane, but I didn't trust it. There's a folding chair with a rock in it and rocks on the ramp blocking the bad lane. We've notified the Forest Service.

Second, try not to be like the wannabe Boat-Rookie-O-The-Week who moved the chair and rocks out of the way so he could use that lane. His good luck that I was fishing off the ramp and heard him moving the rocks.
