FLW EverStart - Roosevelt Lake

Our Payson volunteer planning group has started weekly meetings to discuss the upcoming FLW EverStart, Western Division tournament that will be held on Roosevelt Lake February 21-23. They will also hold their one day FLW College event on the last day, February 23rd. Both events will take off from the Cholla Recreational Site. Final registration and pre-tournament meeting will be held February 20th at the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino in Payson, which is the host town for the FLW tournament. Our initial discussions focused on having fishing/boating/outdoor related manufacturers and FLW sponsors set up displays or give demonstrations at the pre-tournament meeting and/or at the final day weigh-in activities. We will be providing transportation up and down from the parking lot to the ramp at Cholla and will have volunteers in the parking lot directing traffic as we have done for prior tournaments. We’re working on some other ideas and will keep you updated as we get them in place. This will be another great tournament. Ron Lappin, EverStart tournament director, and the FLW support team always provide great feedback on your support of FLW tournaments and are anxious to return to Roosevelt Lake. You can register and get more details at www.flwoutdoors.com or PM me, if our committee can do anything to help with your planning.

Looking for a bass boat to rent for the Roosevelt Tournament, Feb. 23. We were scheduled to take our boat but things have changed. The FLW will allow us to rent a boat for that tournament. Would hope you can suggest someone.
