Old San Carlos (pics)

I was scouting for a duck spots yesterday and thought I'd post a few pics for ya Zoners.

This image is looking south of the cobble bar at OSC looking towards the River inlet. My faithful duck killing yak in the foreground. Crappie and Bass was on my my mind as I was paddling thru the Willow thickets. Awesome fish habitat!

This the OSC point looking North.

I usually limit out by 10am. I can get back into the "skinny" water than most. The areas where its too shallow for big boats but too deep/boggy to wade.

GILAmobster Great Pictures please post more.
Have you caught any fish there lately?
And how was the bow hunting this year? I remember your post from a few years ago taking a Whitetail with your long bow.

Have not fished SCL lately ...after this storm front I may have to troll a few minnows once it clears a few days. Still pretty cold.
