National Bass West Allstar Series team tourney at Havasu Feb16th

For those of you that are planning on fishing the Stren at Lake Havasu, National Bass West Allstar Series will have a team tournament at Lake Havasu on Saturday, February 16, 2008 featuring our “guaranteed payout” This means that no matter how many teams fish the event (from 1-54 teams) we guarantee the payout as follows:

1. $2,000
2 $1,200
3. $800
4. $650
5. $500
6. $200
7. $200
8. $150
9. $150
10. $150

At 55 teams we increase the payout and pay down an additional spot (11th) At 60 teams we increase the payout again and pay down to 12th and so on. At a recent tournament on January 26th, 2008 at Fisher’s Landing with 49 teams, ($270 for all the entry/options) we paid out $10,480 in cash.

OPTIONS ARE PAID OUT 100% IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE PAYOUT

There are NO OFF LIMITS.

We provide complimentary danish, juice and hot coffee in the morning during sign-ups and a barbecued lunch during the weigh-ins starting at 3 p.m. We draw for the first boat out in the morning just prior to launch.

Lake Havasu Sign-Up
Friday, February 15th before the tournament at the Angler's Pro Shop located at 362 London Bridge Rd # 1 Lake Havasu City, AZ from 4-6:00 p.m. (phone 1-928-854-2277). On Saturday, February 16th, the day of the tournament, sign-up at Windsor Beach starting at 4:45 a.m. There is a $5 Release Boat Fee in which all of the proceeds go for the upkeep and use of the release boat. Each tournament we will write Angler's Pro Shop a check for the amount of teams times $5. We draw for the first boat out at the mandatory meeting just prior to launch.

National Bass West and Allstar Bass is one in the same now. If you go to www.nationalbasswest.com and click on the Colorado River Region on the left side, you will find the information that you are looking for. Additionally, the Allstar Bass and BestBet Series is listed for your convinience. Results are posted for the tournaments usually on the same day if not the next morning.

I already have your entry form filled out for you. Mike and I are over here right now and it was so cold and windy this am but is dying down. The locals said that tomorrow will warm up to in the 60's and then 70's on Saturday!
