More executive order coming down the hatch?

The President is looking to expand on potential background check requirements through executive order. Will it take?

No way. He couldn't even get that done when he owned the entire congress after Newtown. He will lose this one in the courts. Can't be making up laws.

You are correct on the timing. He was defeated by his own party though. Plenty of democrats wanted to keep their jobs.

I agree 100%. The dumbocrats have learned that its a pyrric victory although they have been secretly paring down eligible people to buy guns lately. Every person I know has been turned down or delayed for gun purchases in the last six months. Its getting to be about that time.

Any reasons given for the turndowns? I purchased roughly six months ago - no hassles.
