Ha! Glad you finally were able to break free. yeah, that was what the publishing business had turned into. Everyone crying about the internet. Nothing changed and they still bitched. Had to take a new angle in life.

Decided life was too short to give too F**kin much. My kids are in high school now. One will be 18 this year! Time is crazy. Son just had another neurosurgery procedure. Those always put life into perspective.

Now I just fish.... For the F**k of it. whatever happens, happens. Glad you and some of the other old timers are still lurking on here. I jumped on here one day, and didn't recognize a single name.

Message board thrive on conflict, banter, shit slinging, whatever you want to call it. As long as there arent any people losing it and making death threats, its good for the life of the forum. When I was on the Catfish forum, I was bringing in so many views the owner of the site put my avatar on the front page.
Shit got slung, friends were made, and we had a lot of fun. The forum changed hands, and i got banned for telling some tard to get his uterus checked while at the hospital for his fibromyalgia. Now that site is deader than shit because they moderated it into the ground.
This site that del created is pretty unique in that there is no heavy handed moderation, but guess what? You guys moderate it yourselves with your status quo hive mind behavior. Who thought a bunch of fishing rednecks would have such thin skin to be gravely afraid of what someone is gonna say on the internet? Oh, I dont like that guy, Im gonna ignore him.
