I have got a request for all of you . The Kids tourney is going to be SEPT 13th this year at Lake Pleasant Marina side. We need volunteer boaters. we will have over 100 kids fishing this year with some major sponsers, Zebco, M&M Mars,Bandit and the list keeps going on. This is a National Dare,Great sponsored event. We also need kids life jacket. This is a great event for the kids and only the kids and all of the kids will walk away from it with something in their hand. Just ask Delw.

If I borrow a buddies 22 footer for this tourny I can handle one more kid possibly. I am bringing three.


I have a few life jackets that my kids have out grown, I will also dontate to the dare thing if you need them.

I have 2 or 3 cheap spinning rod/reels that are not used anymore. Can you use those as well? If so, I will make arrangements to get them out there.

Everthing we get goes to the kids, its all about themI am even making a custom rod for the kids. Boater will get stuff to, we usually get them t-shirts to show our thanks. Life jackets rods and reels, we can use them. like i said NO KID WILL WALK OUT EMPTY HANDED. The new outdoors store donated 12 rod and reel combos, Neils donated some and so did Zebco. Folks, we got some shit for the kids this year. those of you that come out, all fish are legal so lets get them on them. many of these kids have never even been on a boat. thats a thrill all in itself for them.

He's right no kid will walk out empty handed, heck some of them need help by thier parents to carry the stuff back to the tables.

The weigh-ins are an absolute blast, just the look on the kids face in front of all those people showing off there fish.
