Analog Engine Sensor to NMEA2000
Here's what I want to do. I have a 1998 Force 90HP on my Tracker V17. My tach is "sticky", sometimes it works sometime it's 3000 RPM off. So, I was thinking about ditching my analog tach and fuel indicator, placing a sheet of diamond plate over the old guage holes and just using my Lowrance HDS' digital readout.
BUT, I'll need to convert the analog sensors to a NMEA2000 signal. Does anyone know if there is something for less then $100 that would allow me to do this? Or know what it would take to do such a thing?
