If the carpet is in bad shape, I would recommend putting in tile. Keeps the house cooler and brings up the value of the house
Any carpet/paint recommendations?
We just bought our 1st home but we would like to do a few things to it before we move in. Anybody recommend a reliable and fast paint and/or carpet person/company. We are located in Gilbert. Thanks

Half the house it tile already, we jsut want carpet in the family room and bedrooms.
