Just wondering if anybody is going to Apache Lake over the Thanksgiving weekend. We will be there Thanksgiving night thru Sunday. Hopefully the fishing will be good.

I will be up there Friday after thanksgiving for the weekend I hope by then the smallies are bitting better than they were last weekend. I will be in the Stratos mostly fishing main lake ( if its anything like last year) if you see us come say hi.

Bill, I am getting a room. Called up there and they are pretty empty. Gonna reserve a room in the next few days. I may even go up Wednesday night now. Looks like most of my family is heading out of town or doing something else. Flippin Stick are you getting a room or camping? I remember your Stratos from seeing you guys at Saguaro. I will definitely look for you while we are there. Should be a great time. .

Bill you and your wife should come up there. Should be a great time and no crowds and hopefully lots of fish to be caught! Apache is by far my favorite lake. Can't wait to catch some smallies

I would love to go. I've been wanting to hit Apache for a few months. I'll work early on Thursday morning and have dinner with my folks and Friday is reserved to watch my Bayou Bengals hopefully clinch their way to the SEC Championship game (if they win this week first). I must agree Apache is the most beautiful of them all - and when the bite is on it only gets better! Have a blast, Tad and Flippinstick. By the way, if you're looking to take a turkey up with you invite Rippinlips! :lol:

Bill, Don't forget the hotel has cable tv. You can take a break from catching all those smallies for a few hours and watch the game.! You should come up its gonna be a good time!

Were doing the usual gathering over Thanksgiving at Apache. We get about 20 people in our group and deep fry turkeys, bake hams and have all the fixins. We'll be staying at the old rooms because their the only ones with the kitchen-etts. Hopefully the weather will hold for us. See you guys up there!
