had a co-worker suggest it, he said he'd bait fish there (nightcrawlers, liver, ect) for cat fish. couldnt pull any info from him about bass in the lake, but i'm sure there is. if you go post a report, i might give it a shot if its promising.
I have passed those lakes a hundred times and always wondered about them. based on their proximity to the golf course i would bet that the biltmore owns them, so get ready to be one sneaky ninja or run into some D-Bags. Good luck.
Hate to give this up, but I spent a better part of 10 years fishing the Biltmore Lakes. There is a string of 6 lakes. Every one of them have all species of fish. Start at Camelback, park at office buildings and work your way up. The last lake on the string was most productive. I think it would be ninja fishing, and with my profession, I am unable to do now. I miss those lakes. If you want more info, shot me a pm..
Ya wanna know another golf course lake thats a killer, try the lake at happy trails resort, Cotton lane and bell rd, I moved some bass into that lake well over 10 years ago, I moved em from one lake they had with fish fom irragation water, and last time i looked, theres some big old hogs in there, it would have to to be nite fishing
