night fishing was great there over the weekend , we were between schoolhouse and grapevine , rick cought a 5.6 lb and a 3.7 lb all together we cought @ 40 fish with the majority in the slot with maybee 6 over the slot , and 6 under . used mainly plastic worms .
Anyone going to Rosey tonight?
I should be gettin there around 9:30-10:00. How's the night fishin been out there? haven't been there in a month.

There's always people on Rosey in small aluminum boats. Just use common sense and don't go run the main lake too much. Stick to the coves/points near where you launch and it's no big deal.give us a report when you get home, id like to take my aluminum out there, boy that would be an adventure, haha
Yeah, the bite has been nuts out there lately. I've been out 5 times in the last 2 weeks and not had one single "bad" night. I see boats of all shapes and sizes out there, don't be afraid to take your aluminum out there, like catskinner said, just use common sense and typical boat safety and you'll be fine. Throw plastics!
taken my crawdad out there with only a tm... no probs. catch tons of fish!
A few trips back I was fishing off the main point at Grapevine, and some dude came by in/on a little one man plastic deal - looked kind of like a beer chest with a TM on it. An actual boat won't have ANY problems!
maybe ill make a trip up there one night and give it a shot
