Our last derby was held at Roosevelt Lake this past weekend, Feb 16th, 17th. Fishing was tough, weather was cold and windy. We had 30 men signed in and 7 women signed in. The mens division was won by Keith Espe, with 11.60 pounds of fish for three bass. He had a 6.41 pound fish. Womens division was won by Maylene Cazaras with 7.54 pounds for fish for just 2 fish. Intermiedate division was won by Chris Rudder with a 2.57 for one fish. That was all of the fish that was weighed in.

Our pot luck was good, and everyone enjoyed hanging around the campfire talking about fishing.

Our Next derby will be at Alamo lake in March. I will post all of the dates of our fishing club.
