Starting in 2004, there is a new rule change about a "No Information" time period. Check it out on the link below. Cut and paste it onto your URL address widnow and click "Go." Do you think this can be enforced? If after the 30 day no-fish, no-information time period there is a 3-day practice session, how is this going to change anything? Or is the 3-day practice sessions before the 30-day period?

Oh man! Our "Guest" is NOT going to like this rule! Guess he'll have to skip B.A.S.S. tourneys now or find his own fish.

I think this same rule was in effect for the Bassmaster's Classic.

Ya buty i think its a rule that will be broke more then once. Not sure how they can monitor who talks to who and when. Tough one to keep track of. What if I called Da and he said Del told him they were bitting on C-rigged Rico`s is that legal? Sounds like a mess to me.

While it will be a tough rule to enforce, I think most guys want to operate within the rules if they are clearly defined. I think the idea is to level the playing field a little between the haves and the have nots. The guys with big budgets have been allowed to pay guys to pre-fish for them in the past and be dialed in before they get to the water. The low budget angler (the majority) would have alot of catch up to do come tournament time. This would theoretically eliminate that.
