Hey everyone, I had posted an early message regarding Arizona Water Sports and what a rotten dealership this is. Besides this place not paying off our trade in, we are also out the Mercury Warranty because they refuse to send in the paperwork, no plates for our trailer and other stuff too. Ended up getting a lawyer to get the loan paid off.
Here's an update. This dealership is located on Broadway between Alma School and Dobson in Mesa. They were previously called Mesa Boat Store and they are now called Action Watersports Az. There web address is actionwatersportsaz.com.
There are over 10 lawsuits againt this dealership - free info - look it up at the Superior Court. BEWARE......

WOW! You should send this to one of the "news" channels, get them blasted all over the media, our "news" channels love this kind of sh!t.

Just do your homework before you purchase a boat....
