Fished all day sat with two friends.We caught about 25 rats and a few one pounders during the morning and afternoon on plastics and crankbaits.During the last couple hours of light we found large schools of shad.The bass were chasing them to the top.We started ripping our crankbaits through the schools of shad and caught 12 more fish ranging from 1.5-2.5lbs.Had a blast.

basically silver, with a little black and chartruse in them.....a smoke worm with black and silver flake will work nicely.
