I want to buy a 6'6" M or MH maybe with a fast tip spinning rod. I want to also find a good spinning reel to go with it.

This will be my first Rod for bass fishing...is this a good choice?

What would be a good 2nd rod as well?

Any advice is well appreciated.

Oh, my budget is about 100-150.

Thanks

I got a 6 6 HMG casting or spinning MH/F i'll sell ya for $50. Or an all star spinning 6 6 M/F for $30. Or another HMG spinning 7' 2 piece H/F for $60. Still leaves you coin for a reel.

Since you asked, I would say even if you are a beginner, spinning is not the right choice. To each his own though, I would still pick a baitcaster.
