Wally World has Stearns canvas covers and they are towable.Getting that nice tight fit of a custom cover might be tough but for about $100 , you get a few years and they do keep the leaves out.
I don't have a local company for ya, but I'd try Aurora...they make excellent custom covers.
See if Apache awning is still in business.Heavy duty mooring covers with reinforcing anywhere the boat touches the cover.good luck.......
Martin Marine has a guy who did mine..call Katy and she can probably order it for you.
I bought one from Bass Pro about a year ago and it's already dry rotted and has rips in it. Not buying another one of those again.

Send zoner "Sprint" a pm I have a boat cover made by him and it is great. His daughter runs there upholstry shop called Performance upholstry in Tucson, his name is Dave Novitt and his phone number is 520 296-7369, Tell him Rick from the zone sent you.
I just got one last week from Discountboatcoverscom. It took about two weeks to get it in. 5 year warr. on it. American made.
Like Hoffman said, they dry rot and tear in this weather. Unless your gonna garage keep it, I would not go overboard with a boat cover. AZ sun is brutal on them. After wasting money on a nice one that didn't last more than 2 seasons, I just buy some cheap tarps and bungee them down tight.
Nobody better than deans boat covers and upholstery Period....

where is he at?
The custom cover that came with my boat seperated at the seams. Apache Awning sewed this back together using Gortex thread. They were saying this stuff is the best and the fabric will rip before the thread breaks.
Get with Apache Awning in Phoenix. They make great covers.
Steve, did Mike ever bring your boat back yesterday or was he to busy catching green fish at rosy?
1+ for apache awning he has been there for over 20 years and does excellent work.

I can't speak for Apache Awning because I've never seen their covers but, I have a Dean's cover and the thing is super thick and reinforced everywhere. It's a custom travel cover that fits your exact boat so, it's tight. They are pricey but, in my opinion you'll go through enough of the cheap covers to pay for a Dean's.
Bruce:

Not to hijack the thread but he caught 6 greenies (while we had our meeting) fishing robo worms ds in the wood/sticks across from the landing. One 2-8 and the rest unders. He came in to the landing after the meeting and showed me the fish in the livewell and we released them there at the landing.
