[Boat Cop]

Its a Sunday afternoon about 5:45 PM the lake is like glass and there is hardly anybody on the lake. As I motor up past the no wake buoys i see a boat anchored by some cliffs in the shade and a guy lying on the back deck. I motor past them and continue up river to make sure everyone is gone. About 30 minutes later i come back down the river towards the boat and i dont see anyone in it. As i got within 20 yards of the boat i hear a woman scream, then i see a nude woman launch into the boat and sort of roll onto the sun deck. Then a guy jumps into the boat and proceeds to put his shorts on. Being a trained investigator, I start to motor over to their boat and the woman sees me. She grabs a towel and freezes. I pull up next to the boat and ask if everything is OK. the guy said yes, they were really sorry and that they were married. I told them they needed to be a little more careful with what they were doing and that if i had a complaint i would have to cite them. The man stated him and his wife of 13 years were just gonna have some fun skinny dipping, he made sure no one was around. The woman then smacked the guy and said she had never done anything like this before and that he convinced her nobody was around and she would have never gotten out of the water if some one was there. I asked what the screaming was, the woman turned beet red and the guy started to laugh. The guy said as they were swimming he kept feeling something pecking at the hairs on his leg. About that time something bit his wife in the nether regions and made a run for it. So this caused his wife to scream and jump out of the water. Well the guy was laughing so hard that his wife hit him again and stated something to tune of, " it will be a cold day in hell when you ever get anything". Well at this point, justice was served, my Bluegill were happy, i got a hell of a chuckle and life goes on.

Remember, a hair to you and I is a worm to a bluegill. Remember to trim!!!!!!!

a few months back when I was tubing Bartlett, the bluegills were getting really annoying...never had that happen anywhere else.

we were diving at my boathouse to move it and there were hundreds of 3" bluegill attacking us so bad we had to get out of the water to get away from them. we raise them mean.

It is only against the law if someone other than a Police officer is there and makes a complaint. That person also has to be willing to testify in court. A police officer cannot be a victim against public disorder, the supreme court says that we ( by virtue of our job) have to maintain a higher degree of discression than that of the general public. I can give a person a lawful order to stop what they are doing and if they do not cease, then i can arrest them.

And she'll see to it that they cease! For a long long time! :lol: On the bright side, it'll make an awesome story to tell the grandkids! Wow! Grandma and grandpa used to be cool! :wink:

Great story boat cop! There may never be any grandkids for them if there aren't any kids! He's cooked. She'll remember that episode for a long time and remind him that he laughed at her in front of the boat cop.
