I got a wild hair and decided to try Canyon for a change this evening. It was great to be back there again - fishing could have been better though. What an awesome place. I fished 3:45-6:45 this evening with one bite. It was a 5lb.13oz.LM on a Spitz way upriver in 72 degree water (70 when I left). Thanks to Mike in the red Stratos F/S for the pic.

HEY BAYOU, THOSE WERE SUM NICE KEEPERS YOU CAUGHT AT CANYON. WERE GOING TO TRY ARE LUCK THERE THIS WEEKEND, I HAVEN'T FISHED THERE IN YEARS, HOPEFULLY WE CAN CATCH A COLD, AT LEAST :roll:

Tad - Main lake was as high as 82 around 4:30 and leaving the upper sections around 6:45 was down to 70. That's not surprising at this lake. JR - it was one fish not keeper(S) but I'll take the one!
