Age limit?

Can anyone fish this tournament? I'm 15 and most of the time the age restriction is 16, do you know if there is a restriction with these? Also, can I just fish that one tournament, or do I have to a member of the club? Sorry if those a dumb questions,I don't know a lot about tourney fishing. I just figure if I could fish my first one on Saguaro, the lake I know best, it would be great. Thanks. Josh
