WOW! that Mako is so freaking huge it looks like a Great white..Congrats. I hooked up with a 100lber off San clemente Is. And that was the best fight of my life, it made about 5 jumps anywhere from 5 feet to 10-12 feet in the air. That vid is awesome, I would have sh*t my pants when that thing started bitting the stern, Makos are straight from Hell!! thats the only logical explaination.

Shark is not bad eating at all. What makes you a ******* if you catch a shark? What about bass? Last time I checked bass fishing was WAY more ******* than offshore fishing. Ahhh... 13 posts this explains it all.
Mat did a great job super good guy,we donated the fish to a homeless shelter, because we did not bring 45 coolers with us. We were filming a show for versus tv. The guys that were with us were hoping to brake the world record for Archery Mako witch is 250lbs. But that fish was to big to shoot so we caught it rod and reel. They did shoot some in the 200 range.
