I read this cool article about what the fish you catch can tell you. It said if the fish's mouth has a redish tint and their teeth are dull, they most likely are munching 'Dads. Also look for tentacles sticking out of their throats. If the fish's mouth is light in color and their teeth are sharp, the bait of choice is most likely shad or bluegill. Also look in the water when you get em to the boat, sometimes they puke up some stuff. Anyone else notice this stuff?

Mr.Bass netted a big bass that had a big striper in its mouth.

When we toss fish in the live well they often spit out crawdads and shad.

Jason big swim baits work pretty good at pleasant, just gotta have lots of patience.
Unlike canyon and sag you might only get 1-4 bites a day,
