Question For Del!

Hey Del, how come when I post and use my username it says that username already taken? Should I not have registered? I'm having trouble posting with my username. Geez aren't I redundant! LOL!

Ok, I'm stupid! LOL!

I finally figured it out! Geez, do I really have to log in? What a dope! LOL!

You need to clear the cookies in your windows

clik start
then run
type cookies
then click ok
select all and delete

it will tell you one file has to stay that is fine..

then go into your browser and goto tools then internet tools
clear all temp files

then reboot

Del, look above at my previous post. I pulled a bonehead move. I didn't log in. That was my problem. Thanks for the help anyway! Del Wilcox, the Bass fisherman's Superman!!! LOL!

Del, following your instructions it will tell you that you cannot delete one file and therefore, it will not delete any of the cookies. The cookies can be deleted from the internet, under tools, internet options, delete cookies, then delete files, then delete history.

3rd times a charm.....now I'm logged in. Howard
It will give you the option to delete all but one...
or just delete them one by one....

Delw

Del, it did not give me the option to delete them all but one. The message stated I could delete all but one, but then there was no way out of it. If I clicked "OK", then it deleted none of them. Ditto when I just closed "X'd" out of the window. :(
What version of windows are you using?

Delw

I am running 98 I will post a screen shot in a few mins

Delw

Windows????? Whats that?
Lone ranger.
if your reread that window thats comes up it says it cannot delete so and so file but it does delete the rest of them....

Oh yeah you can also delete the files one by one as well, but it takes time thats why I go select all

Delw

I cant believe Del used the term "lol"!
I cant believe you pulled up a thread from 2003 ;)

:banhim::banhim::banhim:

Make an example out of him for spending too much time surfing throughout the AZBasszone archives & not enough time fishing. :)
