I don't know of any local parts but I have had good success calling Shimano directly and asking them for help. A couple of times they have sent me parts free of any charge. They are a first-class outfit.

...another idea would be to just send the reel to shimano for regular maint.(time of the year) and ask for some help fixing the reel. I have had several reels actually kept by them and they send me BRAND NEW reels! probably shouldnt let that cat outta the bag. Good luck gettin it taken care of.
