Good to see you guys sporting the vests, hopefully everybody else does the same whenever possible. I miss trout fishing and sure would like to do it on the colorado since I never have before. One day.
Fish Frenzy at the Ferry
Dad was in town this weekend and he wanted to see Marble Canyon/Lees Ferry. We headed to Powell Friday afternoon/evening. Didn't have much luck there...a few really small smallmouth. Saturday morning we headed to the Ferry, launched around 6:30am and headed upriver. We were on fish immediately! We caught an easy 70 fish between the two of us. The first couple hours the trout were really small but as the day went on, they got a bit better. Nothing huge, but fun as heck. It was a great day on the water with dad!
