1. Asian Lemon
- 1 gal. zip lock bag, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup lemon juice, salt, pepper.
- Marinate for about 1-2 hours, throw right on the grill.
2. Baja citrus
- 1 gal. zip lock bag, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1 green onion chopped, 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/4 cup tequila.
- Marinate for 1-2 hours, grill on cedar plank(soak cedar plank in water while fish is marinating)
If you want to grill it just put it in an oven pan with butter and lemon juice plus a little salt and pepper and set it on the grill with the lid shut. Makes great fish and chips. We like to dip it in egg and then in grated fresh parmesan cheese and cook it in butter in a teflon pan/ Flip it when the cheese is golden brown. Good stuff.

That sounds really good. Might have to give it a try myself.
Franklin Desert Halibut

1 part California Chili Powder
1 part Green Chili Powder
1 part Cumin
1 part Garlic Salt
1 part Dill Weed

Some butter and lemon for dipping

Ok dude make sure halibut is dry....mix all above ingredients to make rub...then put on halibut...then you need to build yourself a fire of some type.....charcoal is fine, but mesquite or pecan wood is better....the fire needs to be hot as hell.....drop halibut on fire...say 2-3 minutes a side depending on thickness.....take off fire and enjoy w/butter and lemon....

Koasher salt fresh ground pepper, if its that fresh why [email protected]*& up a good thing, you can put mayo on it before you grill so it dosent stick, make sure your grill is really hot!
Yuo can use this as a marinate or as a dipping sauce.:D

Home made Teriyaki recipe.

Always use fresh ginger and garlic and let marinate sit after mixing for a couple of hours to reach full flavor. This is a very simple recipe but once you use it you will never buy off the shelf again. Any of the ingredients can be substituted with organic if you like. For chicken; soak for an hour or so, with beef or pork a little longer. Fish and shrimp about a 1/2 an hour. Stir fry or grill on skewers.

Soy sauce 1 cup
Water 3 cups
Brown sugar 1 cup
Ginger 2 Tbsp
Garlic 2 Tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
