I was just wondering what types/brands/colors of lures work best on Sag. Being from NY, I have a plethora of chartruse and white spinnerbaits, among other popular smallie lures, but I need to change my approach for the largemouth out here. It seems like I can't get a break on that damn lake! I have been out 8 times, and have only caught 3 fish (2 being 10 and 14 lb. cats on spinnerbaits...hard to believe, i know). I am trying to revamp my entire tacklebox, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, one more thing...what weight/color kastmaster should I stock up on? Thanks guys, great site with even better folks.

the few times ive gone to sag. I throw a white titanium spinner bait with gold blades(yes even on sunny days), Always done real good with them.

I have a T-1 Terminator that fits that exact same description...may wanna give it another shot...thanks for the reply, Del. Maybe its my presentation, i dunno...that lake has left my northern ny butt dumbfounded.

Thats the ones I buy by the dozen.

Trying hitting the rocks with them, it might help you,

however my blade bite has been off for the last month unlike last year where it went year round.

maybe try casting them into the wind off a point or a drop off you knowjust think about it. see how i say wind.......
