Jason, I contacted ASU Research Park. Here is the deal: No tubing or boating, hours from 6:00AM to 10:00 PM, state license required for anyone over the age of 14 (urban license not accepted), catch and release, barbless hooks recommended but not required and carp, catfish and bass are stocked, live bait ok.
