its funny but the ponds we have been hitting lately (We have 3 as of right now) are all pretty much shallow, and they stack up in the deepest part (About 3' deep)....the only way to really tell if there are fish is to cast and pray...water color doesnt matter, Ive caught em in water that was dyed blue, looked like toilet water! Do they have a fountain in it? That circulates the water. Thats a good thing. Also dont let the size of the pond fool you, the little ones can be awesome! there is one in scottsdale I want to go back to, but cant talk Franklin into going...he is scared of getting skunked. Sometimes you can see the fish when you walk the bank as well....try to look for that. Let me know what you find!
