Franklin fell in the water, AGAIN, last friday. Sorry, but no pictures were taken. Chalk it up to alge buildup on the ramp! Only his pride and one loomis rod were hurt in the incident! The funniest thing was the look on Dan (Rackman)'s face when it happened. Kind of like "What the...??"
