This is a second hand report.
Fishing is very good. Bass, mostly smallmouth, are being caught on topwater all over the lake. Check out rocky points. It is possible to catch a fish on almost every point. Dropshoting or other finesse worm techniques are working as well. I would give a WiredWorm a try.
Largemouth can be caught in the current and in tulies in the main lake on flipping jigs. The Conquest Jig in Havasu Special is a favorite.
