Well man could set-up camp on Lake Mary Road and wait for someone to hit one:biggrin:2 extreemly dumb, blind, deaf, cow elk with a sinus infection and stuffed up nose, in unit 11m. Been there 3 times and covered ALOT of ground and only seen sign, cant believe it. they must be in deep, deep, deep cover. If anyone see's my 2 cow elk as described above, could you please tie em up to a tree, paint a red bullseye on the sweet spot, and gps'm for me.:hitsfan::Iconrotfl:Iconrotfl:Iconrotfl
no sir. it's not. but i've been following this herd ALL summer long. see them every time i get to my area. now if only they don't scatter too much before my late season. and if they do, they don't neglect the areas i think they'd hide in i should be eating me some elk next year.Holy cow, that looks like one of my spots in 7w. Is there a old wood tree stand and a water trough there?
definately. a lot of the water holes are dry. the only problem is everyone will be fighting over any decent water holes. find some water off the beaten pathThis year it's all about water!
