:?: Do any of the lakes in AZ monitor marine band radio freqs? (such as Park Rangers, Sheriffs, etc? ) A boat I recently purchased came equipped with one....just curious if there's any practicality to it on SRP lakes or state parks? I use one for weather reports and communication when sailing. I can p/u weather info in my driveway in Tucson.....but how about at the lakes? Thanx!!

Thanx BC....That's nice to know. What about weather info? I was unable to receive any TX on the W1/W2 at Apache lake last time I was there, just wondering if any other lakes are within range of weather forecasts.
