Did you see the news this weekend? In Malasia (a very moderate Muslim country) a woman had her punishment deferred until after Ramadan for drinking a beer in public...she is to be caned.

You replied with something like "what about throwing a woman in jail for getting an abortion"...... then quickly edit it out with "...." reason stated "I don't want to get sucked into this argument"....and then you go ahead and post again asking if drinking is legal....... YoungTracker I hope your right; America does come out on top and stay a free nation. A lot of what you said is right on. But we just need to be aware of what can happen. Rome never believed they would fall but they did.

 

One sure fire way for us to fail would be to take on an isolationist mentality. "let's pull all of our troops out" "Let's stop being the world police" "Let those people fend for themselves" etc, etc......

Yeah it sucks being the world police, and yeah we get beat up for a lot of things, when we were asked to come in and help out.

But we can not take an isolationist stance, lest we forget about what happened oh say 68-70 years ago, when Germany was banging down our back door in 1939, and the Japanese were blowing up our front yard in 1941.

We are the most dominant military in the world, but that does not mean we can't re-live history.

 

As sh!tty as is it is to be in Afghanistan, Irag, Somalia, Serbia, etc.....

If we do not stay out there on the front lines, we WILL see another 9/11, but instead it will be 5, 6, 7 attacks in one day in multiple cities, or even worse how about a couple Dirty Bombs in Chcago, Seattle, LA, NY, Boston????

Well since Muslims don't get along with each other, I don't ever see them organizing and taking over the world. It is like the Catholic, Protestant thing in England, but ten times worse.
