Ya well I've been out of town for awhile.

I was at the Asian market today and thats all anybody was talking about!
You heard right! It was on the website that they were giving away a boat up until yesterday but was told it was an error. The part that sucks is that since no one was actually told they were giving away a boat we were wrong to assume it. Even the website said it. I guess I will apologize now for my complete ignorance in believing what I read. Again I apologize!
We heard from DELW on this matter but yet to hear from MBC. WTF!!!
Oh and I guess I don't care who I piss off! I'm sure someone will come to MBC defense and that makes me wrong.
So, who is going to fish the MBC Championships? Not Me!
There aren't any boat companies left to give away boats.
are we going to fish for a bigger pot of $$ then???
I fished every senoir tourny they had this year hoping to fish for a boat at the end of the year. I am not sure if I will be fishing mbc next season. Oh well. Don't know if I'm even gonna fish the classic now.
Now the big question is who will be fishing MBC next year ?
You know, I was just thinking,,,,Why does one fish tournaments and a local level?...
Is it for the money? I would have to say yes. But not completely. For myself getting in the money is cool, but I like the competition part much more. Finishing 1st is really cool, not because the money but because you just beat a bunch of really good bass anglers.
Personally, If I finished first in any of these championships I would be really happy. Just because a boat is not on the line wouldn't make me stop going. A tourney is a tourney.
Aaron you kinda make a good point, but that would be like saying the NFL,MLB,NBA, just playing regular season games and no post season games to look forward to for the final championship game and the prize.

thats great and all, but these directors are promising a boat at the championship, and holding $$$ aside from every tourney to help pay for it, they advertize it, publisize it, and then right at the end say no boat. Its BS. Then they make mistakes like telling everyone in a letter form the entry fee is X amount, then at the sign up say that was a mistake and need more $$$ from ya to fish it. I quit fishing these local tourneys because of all the BS, the favortism, cheating, and there is cheating, top loaded payouts, I could bitch about alot of crap, but instead I just quit being a part of it. Like today though, I still bitch every now n then.
you all are a bunch of cry babies really. Nothing is ever good for any of you. look at the economy, look at the turnouts. With MBC going from 100+ boats to 50+ or even 25+ wtf. There isnt even enough teams that qualified to fish the Championship. Just like any of you guys always something for nothing. I guess you would expect someone to take a loss for YOU to be happy. Let Paul get MBC under his shoulders and do it his way. You all should be calling Complete Marine too and telling them to lower the cost of a 15' boat w/ 25hp. Who the fuk wants that? More of a Pain to sell. Not everyone can be happy and but I guess you all can be little bitches and whine and complain. Nobody is giving discounts on shit these days wake the fuk up.

P.S. who fuking cares if your not fishing it next year either, I am sure the competitiveness will draw you back to some circuit, some of you should fish the WBT

NO they never promised a thing, it was put on a unofficial website by someone who didnt have a clue about anything other than trying to look like a superstar, it was never check by Randy.
how ever for the trouble they have cause, Grumpee and Brian c got it all fixed. Grumpee is giving way the powell rods out of his own pocket and BrianC is giving away his ranger z boat for the grand prize :Iconrotfl

dude thats funny

....Nevermind...

Chris, why stir the pot when it's already boiling? LOL

You're right about not fishing the circuit next year. When I say circuit, I mean fishing enough events to qualify for something worthy towards the end.
If we are not fishing for a boat at MBC, it's not going to stop me from fishing his EVENTS. If he advertises next year that we will be fishing for a boat, more money, etc... that's great. I hope things will turn around and guys who got the short end of the stick will continue to fish the CIRCUIT. However, I doubt people will stop fishing events. There's a difference between CIRCUITS and EVENTS.
Also, I was wondering, who FISHED the CIRCUIT this year that thinks we are all crying about not fishing for a boat?
