Well, now that you mention it I guess not, that's why I ask questions,,,,,,,to get informed!!!! I'll keep trying!!! Hey, if I find out I'll let you know too.
the crappie guys won with 30 pound average they had 2 ppl onboard about 15 boats showed cuz the rest of you pansies were to scared of the weather but like turtle said it was perfect the only problem was hardly any boils and not as many fish caught as expected. All in all good time. Tai was thinking about a once a month deal with a new time 7PM to 7AM we all agreed who showed to this last event

I wasn't scared of the weather. I was sicker than a dog or I would have been there. And I still feel like shit

I hear that! It took me a couple of hours to clean out Scott's slaughter house! Blood all over the place. And the garage still smells like chovies!
I found out that I SUCK at striper fishing. The only thing that smelled in my boat the next day was a pile of hot coors light cans!!

OK Tai get with the program here we want pics and stats
It was a perfect night and great to meet even more people from the zone. I had my son with me and in the first ten minutes I stuck him in the head with a backcast and buried it right up to the bend of the hook in the side of his head. We were up in the river and once he figured that he had been hooked you could here the screams down the canyon and back up into Humbug.

Getting him calmed down and ready for what was about to happen next was a chore. Being a fisherman since the age of birth I have had to deal with this experience a few times. I iced him up for a good 40 mins and was pretty sure that area couldn't feel a Randy Johnson fast ball, I told him that I was going to get that thing out of his head so we could finish this tournament up and get his money(that perked him up to a 2/10) I trimmed back the hair with my braid line scissors and reached for my rusty stainless steel needle nose(i thought stainless didn't rust) and grabbed it and started to roll it through to the other side( I know the line trick but this thing was so far in that it the hook was laying sideways against his skull). He only felt me pulling and never felt it come through the other side. I cut the hook and pulled it through without a hitch. I gave him an Excedrin, made sure he got a good bleed to flush it out and it was all over but the catchin.

We went to our night spot after the fiasco and started fishing. All we were catching was 4-8" fish with an occasional 1-2.5# fish. We felt a little bad but started to fill up the livewell. We ended up with 27#'s(50 fish or so) for second place and the money finish couldn't have happened on a better day. I made him(Spencer) take the fish to the scales and pick up his money and he was another hooked tourney fisherman. He is already talking about what tourney we will fish this weekend.

Wanted to thank Tai for actually putting this thing into motion. Sometimes we talk more $hit than we ever execute and it was nice to see it get done.

Please if you have insurance needs see Tai and if you have any other Fishing needs see the Hook-Up they were the Sponsors on this deal.

Nice meeting you all!!!!
