Del can be stuck up. He used to socialize with me all the time. But once he saw me on the water and realized there wasn't anything in my boat or truck he wanted, he started to shun me and he started hanging out around other boats/trucks. If you want him to reply, tell him you have a garage full of fishing stuff and the garage is never locked. Chances are you will see him or one of his chosen hanging around your garage at midnight that same night.
