Raker 24 prop for sale
This is a used prop. It does have some minor nicks but is very usable. I have just found that my Tempest 23 works a lot better for my boat and no longer need the Raker 24. PM me if interested. $100 firm

Yes. It's hubbed for an Evinrude/Johnson. If you run something else you will probably need a hub kit. They're not too much and can be found at Props Plus.
