What would happen if a person would take a grey rubber garden hose and using concrete nails, nail it into the crack in the concrete at Ramp #2, dividing it into 3 separate launching areas? It surely can't represent any enforcement, and would show up nicely day or night. It's even waterproof.

I think a better idea would be to use those rope/stands like they use at a bank for people to form lines. The ropes could be red reflective type. That way you feel like royalty when backing down your boat.
